Spring Reset is designed as a steady, intentional day of renewal. As the season shifts, we gather to pause long enough to notice what is ready to move, what needs tending, and what can gently fall away.
The day unfolds through four simple pathways: Being, Thinking, Feeling, and Doing. We begin by slowing down and settling into presence, creating a grounded foundation for everything that follows. From there, guided reflection helps clarify what matters most in this season of life. As the day deepens, we gently reconnect to emotional wisdom and embodied awareness, allowing insight to rise without pressure. We close with practical integration: small, aligned steps that support forward movement in real life.
Throughout the retreat, you can expect thoughtful facilitation, space to breathe, structured journaling, meaningful conversation, and quiet moments to recalibrate.
The day is guided by four facilitators, each holding a distinct portion of the experience while contributing to the overall arc of renewal.
The morning begins with Melissa, who opens the retreat with gentle yoga to help participants arrive in their bodies and settle into the space. Her approach is steady and accessible, designed for all levels, with an emphasis on grounding rather than intensity. This opening practice sets the tone for the day—intentional, supportive, and unhurried.
From there, Maria leads participants into a guided exploration of reconnecting with themselves. Through thoughtful reflection and structured prompts, she creates space to notice what has been quieted, deferred, or overlooked. Her facilitation centers on clarity, self-trust, and remembering what feels true in this season.
Later in the day, Lindsi offers a restorative sound bath experience. Using sound as a gentle regulation tool, she helps participants soften, integrate, and reset. The sound bath provides an opportunity to simply receive, just rest and recalibration.
The retreat closes with Autumn, who guides a reflective conversation centered on living your values. Drawing from her trauma-informed and relational background, she facilitates dialogue around alignment, boundaries, and small, meaningful actions that carry insight into everyday life. This final integration invites participants to leave not only refreshed, but anchored in intention.
