All purchases of retreats and supervision services constitute agreement to the terms below.
Deposits & Payments
Retreat registrations secure limited space and are considered service-based purchases.
Cancellations by Participant
Credit transfers may be offered at our discretion for documented emergencies.
Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another participant with written notice at least 7 days prior to the retreat.
Organizer Cancellation
If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid. We are not responsible for airfare, lodging, or travel-related costs.
Participation & Liability
Retreats are educational and experiential in nature and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis services. By registering, participants confirm they are medically and psychologically stable for group participation. Participants assume full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and personal well-being during the retreat.
Session Policy
Supervision sessions reserve professional time.
Refunds
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Prepaid sessions are refundable only for unused sessions, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Scope of Service
Supervision and consultation services are professional educational services and do not establish emergency or crisis coverage. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate licensure and professional liability insurance.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (including Stripe) are non-refundable.
